Founded in Columbus, Georgia, in 2019, Jefcoat Real Estate Services, LLC is a boutique brokerage with a strong foundation in commercial real estate. Doug Jefcoat and Alissa Neal guide commercial clients across Georgia and Alabama, while Dan Lowery focuses on residential real estate. Together, our team offers experienced guidance and direct, personal attention.

Licensed in Georgia and Alabama, Doug Jefcoat brings a broad perspective to commercial real estate, shaped by experience in engineering, economic development, property development, and brokerage.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Doug began his career with Georgia Power. His work later included helping recruit industry to Georgia, building a foundation for his longstanding interest in business growth and community development.
During 23 years with W.C. Bradley, Doug held a variety of roles and contributed to projects including Maple Ridge, Eagle & Phenix Mills, and Columbus riverfront development. He founded Jefcoat Real Estate Services in 2019. Doug holds the CCIM designation, and his background includes property sales, land development, rezoning, and property management.
Doug remains actively involved in industry leadership and community service. A past president of the Columbus Board of REALTORS® (CBOR), he currently serves as a State Director representing CBOR and on its Leadership Academy Committee. He also serves on the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Commercial and Professional Standards Committees, is a member of the Columbus Board of Tax Assessors, and belongs to the Columbus Chamber of Commerce.
A United States Marine Corps veteran, Doug values faith, family, and service. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, Jeanne, their growing family, and playing drums with The Hodgepodge Band.

Alissa Neal brings a foundation in finance, commercial banking, and relationship development to her work in commercial real estate. Licensed in Georgia and Alabama, she helps clients navigate buying, selling, and leasing with clear communication and personal attention.
Alissa earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Auburn University, an MBA from Troy University, and a master’s in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Her professional background includes commercial banking with Synovus and pharmaceutical sales.
She is pursuing the CCIM designation and is involved with CREW Network and the International Council of Shopping Centers. A graduate of Leadership Columbus’s 2024–2025 class and the Columbus Board of REALTORS® Leadership Academy in 2026, Alissa values continued learning and strong community relationships.
Her community involvement includes serving on the Columbus Board of Zoning Appeals and the board of Right From The Start, as well as mentoring young women. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, A.T., and their three sons, often cheering them on at the baseball field.

Dan Lowery brings over five years of real estate experience to his work at Jefcoat Real Estate Services, where he focuses on residential real estate. His work includes listing support and transaction coordination, helping keep the details of each transaction organized from one step to the next.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Columbus State University.
Married to Jenna and a father of five, Dan values family and understands the importance of finding a place to call home.
